Most families begin with just one or two visits a week — so warm, regular company for your loved one can start from around £56 a week. No hidden fees, and we agree everything clearly with you in writing before any visits begin.

What can affect the cost

  • Visits in the evenings, at weekends, or on bank holidays are charged at a slightly higher hourly rate.
  • If a companion takes your loved one out in their own car, we add mileage at 45p per mile — always agreed with you beforehand.
  • We invoice only for the visits that take place, due within 7 days. Simple and transparent.
  • We review our rates once a year, and will always give you at least 28 days' notice before any change.
